Angelfish, in bright colors.
No, the drawings haven’t been colored yet —
Except in my imagination.
But they will be!

Lazy day, quiet space;
I’m taking time to rest and pray.
And drawing angelfish
Simply relaxes me.

No preoccupation with small details,
They’re just one step above doodling.
But bright artwork, they will be!

Someday my fleet of angelfish
Will become a finished design.
Oh, yes, they will be!

And someday my bright colors
Will all be colored in, by God.
And I will show forth, with gladness,
His glory and signs of his interest.
What a day that will be,
When I become who He
Wills me to be!
